Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the chief executive approves a decrease in the approved number of gaming machines for licensed premises of a licensee, the chief executive must approve the way in which the gaming machines subject to the decrease may be disposed of.
(2) An approval under subsection (1) may provide for the disposal of the gaming machines by the sale or destruction of the machines.
