Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if the commission has decided to grant an application mentioned in section 56B(1) or (2) for a new gaming machine licence (a new licence) in place of a licence being surrendered under section 95.
(2) Section 95(2D) to (11) applies in the following way—
(a) subsections (2D) to (2F) do not apply;
(b) subsections (3) and (4) apply in relation to the surrender;
(c) subsections (5) to (9) do not apply;
(d) despite subsections (10) and (11), the surrender has effect when the new licence is issued by the chief executive under section 68.
