GOVERNMENT OWNED CORPORATIONS ACT 1993 - SECT 3

In this Act, a reference to the doing of an act by a GOC includes a reference to--

(a) the making or giving of an instrument by the GOC; and

(b) the transfer of property by or to the GOC; and

(c) the incurring of a liability by the GOC.
