GLADSTONE POWER STATION AGREEMENT ACT 1993 - SECT 5B
5B Approval of proposed 2010 further agreement
(1) For section 5, approval is given for the Minister to enter into a further
agreement for the State.
(2) The further agreement is to be in, or
substantially in, the form set out in schedule 3.
