GAS SUPPLY ACT 2003 - SECT 13

A distribution pipeline is a pipeline that—

(a) transports processed natural gas as—

(i) part of a reticulation system within a processed natural gas market; or

(ii) a single point-to-point pipeline to a specific commercial or industrial facility; and

(b) is not a transmission pipeline.
