Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the dispute has been referred to the Governor in Council, the following matters are not justiciable by a court or tribunal at the instigation of a party to the dispute—
(a) the issue in the dispute;
(b) any issue that emerges in the course of the Governor in Council's deciding of the dispute.
(2) However, subsection (1) does not apply if the proceeding before the court or tribunal was started before the dispute was referred to the Governor in Council.
