GAS SUPPLY ACT 2003 - SECT 310A

QCA must keep a register of each of the following—

(a) industry codes;

(b) each retailer's standard terms;

(c) warning notices, including expired warning notices;

(d) conduct assurances;

(e) code contravention notices, including expired code contravention notices.
