Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister must cause a review of the operation of this Act to be undertaken whenever a review of the Commonwealth Act is undertaken under section 194 of the Commonwealth Act.
(2) The review of this Act must be undertaken—
(a) as part of the review of the Commonwealth Act; or
(b) after the review of the Commonwealth Act.
