GRIFFITH UNIVERSITY ACT 1998 - SECT 39

(1) The Gold Coast Student Guild is established.

(2) The student guild—

(a) is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and

(b) has a common seal; and

(c) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
