GRIFFITH UNIVERSITY ACT 1998 - SECT 4
4 Establishment of university
(1) The Griffith University is established.
(2) The university—
(a) is a
body corporate; and
(b) has a seal; and
(c) may sue and be sued in its
corporate name.
