Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A regulation may require a label to be supplied on or attached to a package of disinfectant, germicide, antiseptic or deodorant packed or enclosed for sale.
(2) A person must not sell, in a package, a disinfectant, germicide, antiseptic or deodorant that contravenes a requirement of a regulation made under subsection (1).
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
