Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Every package containing any drug or poison for sale shall bear a label which complies in all respects with what is prescribed under a regulation.
(2) A person shall not sell a package containing any drug or poison unless the package bears such a label complying in all respects as aforesaid.
