Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to a lease, granted under the repealed Act, section 22B, that was in force immediately before the commencement day.
(2) That section (as amended, renumbered as section 112 and relocated under schedule 1) continues to apply to the lease while the lease is in force.
