Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Proceedings for an offence against the repealed Act may be started or continued, and the provisions of the repealed Act necessary or convenient to be used in relation to the proceedings continue to apply, as if this Act had not commenced.
(2) For subsection (1), the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 2018 applies, but does not limit the subsection.
