Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, after the fifth anniversary of the establishment or recognition under an Act of a university, review the university's operation.
(2) The review must involve a consideration of whether the university is complying with the relevant criteria mentioned in the national protocols.
