HIGHER EDUCATION (GENERAL PROVISIONS) ACT 2003 - SECT 49
49 Term of accreditation
The accreditation of an accredited course remains in force for the term, not
more than 5 years, stated in the notice given to the applicant for the
accreditation under section 47(4).
