Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The governing body of a higher education institution may apply for the Minister's approval that the institution is suitable to be established or recognised, under an Act, as a university in Queensland.
(2) The application must--
(a) be made to the Minister; and
(b) be in writing; and
(c) be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
