Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The governing body of a non self-accrediting higher education institution may apply to the Minister for renewal of the institution's registration within the period starting 18 months, and ending 9 months, before the term of the registration ends.
(2) The application must--
(a) be in writing; and
(b) include the information required to be provided under the national guidelines; and
(c) be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
(3) Section 9 applies to an application under this section.
