Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, in granting the application, decide to impose conditions on the self-accrediting authority that are relevant and reasonable.
(2) If the Minister decides to impose conditions on the authority, the Minister must as soon as practicable give the applicant an information notice about the decision.
