Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A member of a body corporate must at all times act honestly in the exercise of the member's powers and the discharge of the member's functions under this Act.
(2) A member of a body corporate must not make improper use of—
(a) the office of member; or
(b) information acquired by virtue of holding that office;
to gain, directly or indirectly, an advantage for the member or another person or to cause detriment to the body corporate.
