HOSPITALS FOUNDATIONS ACT 1982 - SECT 7

7 Establishment of bodies corporate

(1) The Governor in Council may establish a body corporate by regulation.

(2) The regulation must assign a name to the body.

(3) The body's name must not be the same as the name of another body corporate.
