HOSPITALS FOUNDATIONS ACT 1982 - SECT 74

74 Transitional provision for certain members of bodies corporate

(1) A health authority member continues to hold office until—

(a) the end of the member's term of office; or
(b) the member earlier vacates office.

(2) In this section—

health authority member means a member of a body corporate who, immediately before the commencement of this section, held office under section 18(3)(c).
