HOUSING (FREEHOLDING OF LAND) ACT 1957 - SECT 6C
6C Conversion cost may be paid before issue of deed of grant
The lessee of an unconverted lease may pay the conversion cost for the lease
to the chief executive before a deed of grant is issued under section 6B(3)
for the land contained in the lease.
