HEALTH PRACTITIONERS (PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS) ACT 1999 - SECT 339

An application for review of a tribunal review decision must—

(a) be made as provided under the QCAT Act; and

(b) state—

(i) that the registrant believes the decision is no longer appropriate; and

(ii) the reasons for the registrant's belief.
