HEALTH PRACTITIONERS (PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS) ACT 1999 - SECT 398
398 Regulation-making power
(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
(2) Without
limiting subsection (1), a regulation may be made about the practice and
procedures of a panel.
