HEALTH PRACTITIONERS (PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS) ACT 1999 - SECT 4

4 The legislative scheme

(1) This Act, other than part 12A, is part of a legislative scheme consisting of this Act, the health practitioner registration Acts and the Health Practitioner Registration Boards (Administration) Act 1999.

(2) Part 12A is part of a legislative scheme consisting of part 12A and the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Queensland).
