Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may issue guidelines about a matter relating to a function of a council under section 28M.
(2) A guideline is for the guidance of councils.
(3) If a guideline is inconsistent with this or another Act, the Act prevails over the guideline to the extent of the inconsistency.
