Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A person who is or was a member of a committee must not make a record of, or divulge or communicate to someone else, information acquired by the person as a member of the committee, other than--
(a) for the purpose of exercising the functions of a member of the committee; or
(b) if the person is a registered health practitioner--notifying the National Agency about information in relation to a reasonable belief of the person that another registered health practitioner has behaved in a way that constitutes public risk notifiable conduct; or
(c) under a regulation made, or direction given, under section 37.
Maximum penalty--50 penalty units.
(2) Also, a person who is or was a relevant person for a committee must not make a record of, or divulge or communicate to someone else, information acquired by the person as a relevant person for the committee, other than for the purpose of enabling the committee to perform its functions.
