Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Section 62A(1) does not apply to the disclosure of confidential information by a designated person if the disclosure is to the chief executive for achieving the objects of this Act under section 4.
(2) Section 62A(1) does not apply to the disclosure of confidential information by the chief executive if the disclosure is for a function of the chief executive under section 7.
