Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Sections 62B, 62C(a), 62F, 62J, 62L or 62Q (the relevant provisions) apply to the disclosure of confidential information by a former designated person in the same way as they apply to the disclosure of confidential information by a designated person.
(2) For subsection (1), a reference in the relevant provisions to a designated person is taken to be a reference to a former designated person.
