Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a licensee becomes aware of a change in the information given at any time by the licensee for an application for a licence or a renewal of a licence.
(2) The licensee must, within 30 days after becoming aware of the change, give details of the change to the chief executive by signed notice.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2)--50 penalty units.
