Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A licensed provider may make a submission (a control system (change) submission) to the chief executive for approval to change the licensed provider's approved control system.
(2) A control system (change) submission must be made in writing—
(a) at least 90 days before the licensed provider proposes to start conducting interactive games under the approved control system as proposed to be changed; or
(b) if the chief executive considers it appropriate to allow a submission to be made at a later time—by the time allowed by the chief executive.
(3) A control system (change) submission must contain particulars of the proposed changes of the licensed provider's approved control system.
