INTERACTIVE GAMBLING (PLAYER PROTECTION) ACT 1998 - SECT 139

139 Gambling records to be kept at certain place

(1) A licensed provider must keep the licensed provider's gambling records at—

(a) the licensed provider's public office; or
(b) at an approved place for the records.

Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to an exempt gambling record.
