INTERACTIVE GAMBLING (PLAYER PROTECTION) ACT 1998 - SECT 159
159 Entitlement to prize lapses if not claimed within 5 years
If a prize is not claimed within 5 years after the end of the authorised game
in which the prize was won, the entitlement to the prize is extinguished and
the prize is forfeited to the State.
