Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A local government's planning scheme applies to the whole of the local government's area (the planning scheme area).
(2) The local government may also apply its planning scheme for assessing prescribed tidal work in its tidal area to the extent stated in a code for prescribed tidal work.
