Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Nothing in this Act stops a referral agency from giving a referral agency response on a matter within its jurisdiction about a development before an application for the development is made to the assessment manager.
(2) However, a referral agency is not obliged to give a referral agency response mentioned in subsection (1) before the application is made.
