Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Subsection (2) applies if, for a matter prescribed under a regulation, a condition requires a document or work to be assessed for compliance with a condition.
(2) The assessment and the process for the assessment must be carried out in the way prescribed under the regulation.
