INTEGRATED PLANNING ACT 1997 - SECT 4.1.1
4.1.1 Continuance of Planning and Environment Court
(1) The Planning and Environment Court, as formerly established, is continued
in existence.
(2) The court is a court of record.
(3) The court has a seal
that must be judicially noticed.
