Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive officer of the local government must give the registrar of titles written notice of the payment of compensation under section 5.4.2.
(2) The notice must be in the form approved by the registrar.
(3) The registrar must keep the information stated in the notice as information under the Land Title Act 1994, section 34.
