Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if an assessment manager or referral agency has imposed a condition on a development approval that requires a document (the assessable document) to be assessed for compliance with a condition.

(2) The assessment manager or referral agency must keep available for inspection and purchase the original or certified copy of each of the following--
(a) the assessable document;
(b) any document that includes--
(i) an assessment of the assessable document; or
(ii) a decision about the assessable document; or
(iii) a direction given in relation to the assessable document.
