Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Subsection (2) applies to the extent the development, the subject of the EIS, is development for community infrastructure intended to be carried out on land proposed to be designated for the infrastructure.
(2) In fulfilling the designator's duties under sections 1.2.2(1)(a) and 1.2.3(1), the designator must have regard to the EIS and the EIS assessment report.
