Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Despite the repeal of the repealed Act, each interim development control provision continues to have effect in the local government area for which it was made, subject to subsection (2).
(2) If any interim development control provision is inconsistent with chapter 3, to the extent the provision is inconsistent, chapter 3 prevails.
