INFORMATION PRIVACY ACT 2009 - SECT 19

In this Act, an entity to which the privacy principles do not apply means—

(a) an entity mentioned in schedule 2, part 1; or

(b) an entity mentioned in schedule 2, part 2 in relation to the function mentioned in that part.
