Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The commission may make an order fixing wages and employment conditions for employees who participate in a labour market program.
(2) In making an order, the commission may consider any matter it considers relevant, including—
(a) the objectives of the program; and
(b) any attribute of the participants that affects their ability to get employment, including, for example—
(i) the age and competency of the participants; and
(ii) any disability or incapacity of the participants; and
(c) the kind of work done in the program; and
(d) the experience to be gained by the participants; and
(e) any relevant industrial instrument; and
(f) any remuneration or benefit the participants are receiving from the Commonwealth or the State.
(3) The commission may make an order—
(a) of its own initiative; or
(b) on application by—
(i) the Training and Employment Recognition Council; or
(ii) the Minister.
