INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1999 - SECT 249

249 Court's interpretation

The court's interpretation of a provision of this Act, an industrial instrument or permit binds—

(a) the commission; and
(b) magistrates; and
(c) organisations and persons who are subject to this Act, or bound by the industrial instrument or permit.
