Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This part has effect despite—
(a) another law of the State; or
(b) an industrial instrument or order;
to the extent that the law, instrument or order provides an employee with a benefit that is less favourable to the employee.
(2) To the extent a provision of this part, other than section 38C, applies to an employee, without limiting the provision, the provision is taken to be a term of an industrial instrument applicable to the employee.
