INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1999 - SECT 449

449 Grant of approval

If the registrar grants the approval, the proposed amendments take effect from—

(a) the day the registrar gives the organisation notice of the approval; or
(b) a later day stated in the notice.
