Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies until a regulation is made under chapter 12, part 15 that is expressed to replace the effect of the IO Act, sections 96 to 98, 100 to 104, 106 to 115, 117 to 141, and 144 to 146 (continued provisions).
(2) Despite the repeal of the IO Act, the continued provisions continue to apply to an amalgamation or proposed amalgamation, with the changes necessary to make them consistent with this Act and to adapt their operation to the provisions of this Act.
