INTEGRATED RESORT DEVELOPMENT ACT 1987 - SECT 79
79 Registration of sequential plans by registrar of titles
The registrar of titles may register the plans in the appropriate order only
if the plans—
(a) are accompanied by the certificate mentioned in section
78(2); and
(b) have been approved by the local government.
