Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An application for amendment of an approved scheme may be made to the Minister by the primary thoroughfare body corporate or, if that body has not been incorporated, by the applicant.
(2) To remove any doubt, it is declared that an application may be made under this division to amend an approved scheme by varying the boundaries of the site of the approved scheme.
